CASA is unique in Mackay in that it is the only organisation who for 40 years has combined housing provision with housing support services delivered by highly qualified staff in the one organisation. 

 

CASA's vision is to continue to be a leading provider providing high quality support and services, whilst continuing to grow the organisation and our programs sustainably.   

The programs the organisation delivers clients with access to accommodation, quality case management support and service that focuses on assisting client to maximise their skills and knowledge of homemaking skills and strengths to achieve independence and stability.  

We value respect, integrity, diversity and the promotion of self-independence. 

 

  CASA actively participates and promotes integration of services by taking a prominent part in community interagency working groups and housing projects especially those that focus on those individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

               CASA Inc is a registered charity with DGR (Deductible Gift Recipient) status and donations are tax deductible

CASA employs highly committed and appropriately qualified staff in many areas of service delivery.
They are available 5 days a week except for Public Holidays during office hours to deliver advice and support.
